Opportunities, Inc. can provide emergency assistance, while funding is
available, to qualified applicants once a year from one of the following:

| State appropriated funds: One time assistance with utilities, rent/shelter, food or medical assistance; | |
| Rx for Oklahoma: Assistance with unaffordable drug prescriptions; | |
| Homeless Assistance Program: One time assistance toward utilities, rent/shelter or medical assistance; | |
| Emergency Food & Shelter: One time assistance for rent, food or utilities for one month. |

Opportunities, Inc. also offers:
| Community Lending Closet: Operated by the outreach office in Clinton, Oklahoma, the community lending closet lends low-income persons medical equipment such as walkers, wheelchairs, bathroom adaptive equipment, etc. For more information call (580) 323-4373 and ask for Gayla. | |
| Clinton Senior Nutrition Site: Located at 200 S. 9th in Clinton, Oklahoma, the nutrition site is operated by Opportunities, Inc. The senior nutrition site participates to help keep the cost of meals for senior citizens as low as possible. Everyone is welcome to attend. | |
| Kids with Care: In association with the Department of Human Services, this program provides Christmas presents to help recipients. | |
| Alva, Clinton, Waynoka and Blaine County Food Pantries: Representing a collaboration with the churches, DHS and community businesses, the food pantries provides emergency assistance for the citizens of Blaine County, Alva, Clinton and Waynoka. | |
| Watonga Resource Office: Maintained by the office headquarters, the resource office maintains computer systems and assistance information for local clients. | |
| VITA (Volunteer Income Tax Assistance): In cooperation with the Internal Revenue Service, sites are set up in Clinton, Watonga and Woodward at the Resource centers to assist individuals/families with free tax assistance. |
